How long does the RealWear Navigator™ 500 external battery pack last?
- The battery pack will last approximately 5 hours depending upon usage and environmental factors. The battery is also hot-swappable making it easy change out without experiencing downtime.
Is a 5G modem available for the RealWear Navigator™ 500?
- Like the HMT-1, a dongle can be plugged into RealWear Navigator™ 500’s USB C port. A 4G LTE mini modem will be available at launch. Plans for 5G are in process.

Can you insert a SIM card into the Realwear Navigator 500?
- It is not possible to insert a SIM card into the Navigator 500.
- You can, however, have a SIM card that can be connected to the Navigator 500 through the 4G LTE modem.
Does the RealWear Navigator 500 have GPS capability?
- Yes!
- RealWear Navigator 500 supports GPS.
- With GPS, it's possible to determine the position of the RealWear headsets.
- Due to GPS being inaccurate inside buildings, the RealWear Navigator 500 comes with gyroscopes and a digital compass to determine the location inside more accurately.
How much storage space does the RealWear Navigator 500 have?
- The RealWear Navigator 500 has 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory.
- The RealWear Navigator 500 is also configurable with a micro SD card for up to 512GB of storage.
