Frontline Dashboard



Dashboard

A dashboard is typically the index page for a website and it is the first thing that a user sees after they log in. Here it consists of side panels, a navigation menu, shortcuts to solutions, and tiles displaying ongoing calls and service requests.

By clicking on New Workflow icon, the user can instantly start working on a workflow in the Frontline Creator. Instant access to xAssist, xInspect, xMake, and xPick is provided by clicking on the respective icons beside them.

Additionally, if they want to login into their Frontline Apps/Spatial Workplace through FCC itself, they can click on the Remote Device Login Code and enter the code provided by their device.

On the top right corner, next to their name, the user can see the dialer icon. On clicking it, the list of users and teams present in the current logged-in environment either opens up or closes down. These users or teams can be called directly from here by clicking on the call icon, or a conference call with multiple users can also be started.

On the avatars of the users, a green badge indicates the user is online, a red badge indicates the user is online and currently busy in another call, and a grey icon denotes that the user is offline.

**Side Panel to Make Changes to User Profile**

On the top right corner, user can also see their name, on clicking it, a side panel opens up. From here they can:

Change Avatar: Allows the user to change their profile picture, by default it displays their initials
Change Language: Displays a list of available languages present in the server, to choose from
Change Password: Allows the user to change their password
Documentation: Redirects the user to the documentation page of the product, for help materials.
Login Code: Allows the user to view their login QR code
Generate Error Report: An Error Report will be created with all the relevant data from the user to debug the problem
Logout: Allows the user to log out of the application

Clicking on the icon present in the top left corner, users can see a panel opening up where they can open either open any of the Solutions - xAssist, xInspect, xMake, xPick, Platform Tools - App Builder, Creator, Spatial Editor, or Administration - Configuration.

Please note that the above-mentioned options are only visible to users if they have the correct license or roles.
