Making an outbound call from the Realwear (TeamViewer xAssist)
If you want to call to your expert instead of receiving a call, this is how!
note: An expert needs to be logged into your Frontline command Centre (e.g.. https://frontlineworker.com/mavreality/)
Say - CALL SUPPORT
For this example we are using a direct call to a specific user (to call a team or start a service call, your admin need to set these up in command centre)
Say - Call USER
Say - USER NAME
note: online users will be in white, offline will be greyed out
Say - START CALL
Your device screen will look like this
Your remote expert will receive the call -
