Poly Mode - Network best practice
We have put the below together for you. Pexip, Poly & Cisco (and other credible Vendors) use the Cisco network baseline for video traffic. As it is highly probably your data will touch some Cisco or Meraki kit, we also align to this baseline.
Remember it is the platform receiving the call which decides the bandwidth, not your in room equipment

If you have done these things, and are still having issues, the issue is probably your ISP
Don't know your Bandwidth (internet speed?) sites like Ookla (speedtest.net) or fast.com can help there!
For Netflix/YouTube its your download speed that's important, remember for Video (no matter the platform) your upload is just as important!
Bandwidth is Vanity, QoS is Sanity! Best practice and Quality of Service are needed to ensure the best possible user experience
