Poly Touch Panel - Poly Mode (Pexip)

If you have a Poly device that is using the native Poly mode, here is a quick guide

The device is using the Pexip VCaaS platform and shows calendar invites and if the meeting information is available it will show a join button.

Dialing without One Touch Join



If you have One Touch Dial functionality, but there is no Join button, you can manually dial using the place a call button, or as we deploy on all installations a quick call button to all services your organization uses.

Press the Star button (1) (the calendar takes you back to your scheduled meeting tiles
Then select the relevant tile by tapping it (2-5)
When in the tile menu, any OTD/OTJ scheduled meeting will still pop up with a join alert.

This will drop you in the respective Lobby/IVR/Virtual reception, just enter the conference code followed by # and any pin when prompted again followed by #

Once in the call you will have access to :-

Camera control (3)
Touch tones (4)
Mic Mute/unmute (5)
Volume (6)
Camera Mute (7)
Disconnect(8)


In call screen


When you Mute the Microphones, The system will display Icons on the Screens & Touch Panel to say so!
Any Poly Expansion or IP Mics will glow red for muted, Green for Live
The UC Bar will also show Red or green confidence lights.

Multiple cameras are only supported on the X50,52,70 & G7500, X30 shows main camera only
Far end camera control (FECC) is only available if the remote system supports/allows the feature locally

Presets



Move the camera with the PTZ buttons (1) & (2)

Once you have the desired view, press and hold a blank preset button.

To overwrite a preset, press the waste bin on the top right corner of the preset
