RealWear Device Connectivity Alert



RealWear is alerting you about a crucial update needed for ongoing communication between RealWear devices and the RealWear Cloud service.

The current Microsoft Azure certificate vital for this communication is expiring soon.



To maintain connectivity with the Cloud service, devices must:

Update to firmware 1.6 (Navigator)/12.6 (HMT) or later.
or
Have checked in since September 1st, 2023 for an automatic update.

Only updating the firmware guarantees persistent connectivity if a factory reset were to be performed, making it a crucial step.



Firmware can be updated in one of two ways:
