Room Colour guidance

Following the below, means you don't need filters or app driven "touch up" and "look i am in space" background filters

The colour temperature, intensity and positioning of lights in a room produce unique reactions from paint colours, considering the colours in the room which are best for camera, lighting and display technology.

Also you need to consider the skin tones of participants and creating a comfortable atmosphere. (think of the perfect conditions for your selfie profile pic in the mirror )

Video conferencing technology performs best when colours are neutral and reflect a certain amount of light. Consider the LRV (light reflecting value of the colour tones you are using).

The physical components in a video meeting room, including lighting, furniture, decorations, give the space its identity and corporate branding.

We advise to design your video meeting rooms to reflect both of the above, remember some Bean bags, a nice plant and cushions, help with the acoustics in the room too

Rubberplants and Aloe Vera, hardly need watering, and did you know 8 of these in a room produce enough Oxygen for 1 person in 24hours

Consult with your organization’s branding team on your journey.
