Sony Screen's turning off
If you are having issues on your Dual screen system with a screen (usually connected to HDMI 2 on the Poly device) The steps below should help
We have seen these change between software updates on both the Sony screens & Poly devices
On the remote control, press the HOME button and select Image removed by sender. Settings.
Select System → Power and Energy → Idle TV power off
Then select 24 or Off entirely
Please note, this means the device will not time out, however when the Poly device goes to sleep, the screen will revert to Standby after 5mins, allowing the Poly to wake the screen, when you tap the TC8/10
