Unable to invite a device into MSTeams meeting

All devices need a minimum of both MSTeams license & an Exchange online licence in O365

In addition to this you will need to run some powershell commands on the mailbox in use.

Please note, you cannot use the O365 admin Centre's to make these changes

When using the device in MSTeams mode, all calendar & join details displayed are directly from the mail box, so if your device is signed in, but not showing your data, you need to start troubleshooting in your O365 tenant.

Note: any changes you make in your teams tenant take between 48-72 hours to fully replicate, before this time functionality maybe intermittent, it is always advised when deploying a new device, you prepare your resource accounts 4-5 days in advance of connecting the device.

These will set the permissions, including allowing external originations to invite your room to meetings & automatic mailbox processing.
